The first bracket I ordered, I wore every day, but it became tarnished and no matter what I did it never returned to its original luster. I ordered another one, but that came broken. I notified customer service and I was surprised when not only did I receive a replacement, but I received two different St Benedict bracelets as well. This company is amazing.
