Living Advent Devotional Book

It’s been so helpful and I love it!

I love this advent book I have been following all the days and it's so helpful. This is the first time I have ever followed advent so closely.

It's 32 pages, I'd describe it as a booklet, not a book. It's okay.

Small enough to carry in my purse. Well worth the price.

I sent three rosaries and books to my niece. One ser for for her, one for her mother-in-law and one was for her friend. She called me when she received them and was excited about how beautiful the rosaries. And loved the book.

Just what I wanted for Mass during Advent.

A beautiful booklet. I look forward to reading and praying with it this advent. It is a perfect size to have in my purse.

This book is a great companion for Advent. The daily writings follow the daily scriptures and are easy to read. I great way to start your day.

I have a granddaughter who is starting Baptismal instruction. She is nine. This will be her gift as she enters the church.

I loved praying with it. As I lighted both purple candles for the second advent weekend; I prayed and felt grace come to me.

Since, I cannot go to church during the most holiest Christmas season. Having the Living Advent-Prepare The Way Of The Lord, sent to me, is godsend. Each day during the month of Advent is brought alive for me to receive, reflect on, and resolve to follow more closely with our Lord.

I enjoy reading the about Living Advent, it makes me stop and reflect on everything around me, and brings to light the things, that I should be concentrating on in my life. I love this time of the year, because it’s the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Today’s reading, the first Tuesday of the week in Advent, I especially thankful for the reminder, God is not dismayed by our failures, our weaknesses, and our seeming inability to follow Him perfectly. Rather he encourages us He is able to do that for us and with us what we cannot do ourselves. That was very powerful for me today, I needed that reminder. God Bless us all

I haven't read the booklet yet because I'm waiting for Advent to start. But there is a prayer and reflection to go along with the scripture reading for each day during lent. I'm very pleased with what this Advent booklet is offering each day during the season.
